The COE-Program
The Center of Excellence (COE) ensures the accomplishment and sustainability of world-class performance and values. With such a center in place, it is easy to identify the internal resources that could be aligned and/or pooled together and/or shared among our programs, or even manages additional required resources. This does not only increase the efficiency of our program execution but also it creates a structure through which it can measure, experiment, and drive its projects towards excellence, and also create more consistent experiences among the different programs.
The COE is the linking pin between our programs and forms the driving mechanism behind the execution of projects within each discipline and across the disciplines. It consists of experienced experts and senior consultants representing the three disciplines on local and international level. In case of large and multidisciplinary projects, COE is the one who takes the responsibility of managing the project through a dedicated organization structure. In short, COE program focuses on the following:

Roadmap setup: Together with stakeholders (including private sector, public sector and partners), the plans and directions are defined and formed; these identify the priorities of MDnext, both in our country of residence as well as in our country of origin.

Expertise transfer: COE center is the core team that transfers knowledge through different paths, such as on the job training, workshops, tutorials. Due to the nature of the expertise embedded in this team, the COE acts as the interface with industrial majors both in Morocco and the Netherlands (and EU) and for both public and private sectors.

Project accompaniment: COE does not only initiate projects based on the roadmap, but also accompanies them. COE’s large and trustworthy network (with the public sector, private sector, investors and many other stakeholders) facilitates the access of information, the speedup of the administration processes, as well as raising funds.
